Adrian C. Fortney 1930 - 2020

Adrian Fortney, age 89, passed away October 2, 2020 in Madison. Born October 13, 1930 in Morgantown, West Virginia to James and Mittie (Poling)Fortney. Adrian was a plumber and worked for Lake County Department of Utilities. He was a lifelong member of Madison VFW Post #8548 and Madison American Legion Post #112. Adrian was a 67 year member of Geneva Blue Lodge. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, Ohio State and he was a fan of all Cleveland sports.

Survived by Children; Rebecca (Jim) Pezar of Churchville, VA; James (Amy) Fortney of Harpersfield; Jeffrey (Amy) Fortney of Columbus; Grandchildren: Jakob (Casey) Pezar; Seth (Katlynn) Pezar; Mason Fortney; Audrey Fortney; Madelyn Fortney; Mitchell Fortney; Elyse Fortney; Amberleigh Fortney. Great Granddaughter: Sloan Pezar. Numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to covid-19, services are limited to family only.

Interment: Alexander Harper Cemetery; Unionville.
