Amy L. Adams, age 69 of Geneva, passed away on August 8, 2023 at home. The daughter of David & Betty Brown, she was born January 21, 1954 in Geneva. Amy married James Adams on June 26, 1972 in Madison, Ohio.

Amy had previously worked as a fusion operator at Honeywell in Geneva. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cooking, gardening, puzzle books and was an advocate for animals.

Survivors include her daughters Jennifer “Snoopy” (Kenya Ellis) Adams of Geneva and Rebecca (Robert) Hamrick of Genva; grandchildren Jessica (Chase Singleton) Thompson of Geneva, Brandon (Veronica Janowski) Thompson of Geneva, Austin Hamrick of Geneva and Abbie Hamrick of North Royalton; siblings Michael Brown of Texas, Patrick Brown of Madison, Betty Ann (Keith) Stewart of Ashtabula and Nona (Jeffrey) Brown of Madison,

She was preceded by her husband James in 2021, her parents and her brother Jeffrey.

No services are being observed this time.

Arrangements are under the care of Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. in Geneva.
