OBITUARIES

David W. Blair, age 69, passed away May 9, 2024 at his home. Born March 27, 1955 in Manhattan, NY, he was a son of William R and Rosalee (Mullins) Blair. David was a mechanic and had worked for many different car dealerships. He served in the US Navy from 1972 – 1974. David was a previous member of the American Legion in Ashtabula. He enjoyed playing sports, like pool, bowling and softball, he was a big athlete in high school and followed all of the Cleveland teams. David also liked fishing and riding motorcycles.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Tanya (Dean) Puffenbarger, Jennifer Odegard;, both of Geneva; Heather (Michael) Zukoski of Painesville Township and Taylor Blair of Edgewood; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, siblings: Billy Blair; Sharon PerDue; Timmy Blair; Ernie Blair and Judy Blair.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2024 at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St., Geneva from 3:30 to 5:00 PM.

Geneva VFW Post #6846 Honor Guard will be performing military honors at 5:00 PM

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Walker Funeral Home.

Interment: May 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM Evergreen Cemetery, Geneva
