OBITUARIES

Dean Berchard Weaver, 54, passed away August 25, 2026, at his home.

He was born September 20, 1971 in Madison, Ohio to the late Mona Jean (Moss) Weaver and John Berchard Weaver.

He is survived by his sisters, Dianna Coach (Jack) and Darlene Sharpe (Dennis), as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends. Dean was especially fond of his nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, whom he absolutely adored.

Dean had a love for baseball from an early age and was a talented player growing up and playing on many teams he was especially fond of his Cedars Motel team, where he broke many homerun records. He also loved music and enjoyed listening to artists and bands such as Jelly Roll, AC/DC, and Black Sabbath etc. He also enjoyed playing guitar, hunting.

Dean had a special place in his heart for animals, especially his dogs Dinky, Bindy, Havoc, and Keeba. They were an important part of his life and brought him a great deal of companionship and joy.

Dean had his share of health and physical challenges, and came through some very difficult times. Dean was very generous, and although he didn’t have much, he always tried to help people whenever he was able to and gave to whoever needed it. He never hesitated if somebody needed something, even if just to sit and talk.

The family would like to thank his special friend Stacy Davis who stepped up and helped Dean in so many ways after his stay at Ohman Family in Middlefield.

The family will celebrate Dean's life privately with a graveside service. There will be no public services.
