Donald T. Miles 1928 - 2020

Donald T. Miles, age 92, passed away on July 5, 2020 in Geneva. He was born June 26, 1928 in Pardo, PA to Edward and Estelle (Lynch) Miles. He married Josephine Magee June 6,1950 in Grove City, PA. Donald was an Office Manager for People’s Savings and Loan in Geneva and Ashtabula. He lived most of his life in Geneva and was a member of the United Church. Donald enjoyed camping with the family in Clear Creek, PA. He liked to Travel and spend time in Cape Cod, and loved watching sports.

Donald was a US Navy Veteran and attended Grove City College. He was a long-time civic leader and a member of city council and Kiwanis.

Donald is survived by his Children: Sam (Judi) Miles; Elizabeth (William) Baker, both of Geneva. Grandchildren: Thomas and Daniel Miles; Annelise/Andy and Samuel Baker.

Preceding him in death are his Wife: Josephine Anne “JoAnne” (Magee) Miles and his Parents

Graveside Service: Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Bryan Manary officiating.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Geneva, Ohio.

Donations: Trustees of the United Church; 75 S. Broadway; Geneva

Arrangements are under the care of Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. in Geneva.
