Obituary For Dylan Olin Weaver

Dylan Olin Weaver 2000 ~ 2021

Dylan Olin Weaver, age 20, of Rock Creek passed unexpectedly Saturday, June 19, 2021 in Meadville, PA. He was born in Ashtabula to Shawn Weaver and Janet (DeLisle) Weaver and graduated from Geneva High School and A-tech.

Dylan was employed as a chemical operator with Ashta Chemicals. Previously he had been employed as a mechanic for Delta Railroad and had worked at Eddie’s Grill. Dylan always had a smile on his face and was putting others before himself. He knew how to make an entrance and definitely knew how to make an exit. He loved spending time with his family, racing motocross, hunting, fishing, bowling, cooking, camping and wasn’t afraid to get dirty. He was an active member of Competition Riders of America.

Dylan had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed by his Parents Janet Weaver, Shawn (Mandy) Weaver; siblings Shawn (Tiffani) Weaver II of Ashtabula, Caleb (Kaitlin) Weaver of Jefferson, Tyler (Hannah) Weaver of Madison, Ciara Weaver of Rock Creek, Marshall Weaver of Ashtabula, Nicholas Kooyman of Ashtabula; nephew Shawn Weaver III; Grandparents David Weaver of Ashtabula, Lola Thompson and Robert “Papa Bob” Thompson both of Painesville. He will also be sadly missed by his dogs Maggie Mae and Maverick, his rabbit Button and his two Beta Fish.

Preceding him are his Grandparents Carol Sirrine and Joseph DeLisle.

Calling hours will be Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 1:00 – 9:00 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman Street in Geneva.

Funeral is Friday, June 25th at 10:00 am at Walker Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Thome officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Geneva.

Contributions can be made to the family.

Dylan was extremely generous and was a registered organ donor. His giving heart continues to beat on in another. His family encourages others to save a life and be an organ donor.
