Elmer D. Newsome, age 53, passed away March 15, 2023 at his home. He was born August 19, 1969 in Warren, Ohio to Elmer Newsome and Alice (Riggleman) Ylisaari.
Elmer lived most of his life in Ashtabula, and worked for General Aluminum manufacturing car parts. The things he liked were riding motorcycles, watching the Green Bay Packers, listening to music, especially the 70’s and 80’s and cats.
