I am just discovering the notice of Mrs. Woodward's passing. She was my Latin teacher at Ashtabula High School. She was strict, and she had a kind heart! I was her student and later a colleague in the Ashtabula Area City Schools. Blessings to her family and friends, Dr. Sherry Cooley Faulk AHS Class of 1969

To Florence's family: I was so sorry to learn of her passing. She was my Latin and English teacher in Massillon for the 1959-1960 school year. She was also the advisor for our Jones Junior High newspaper. I spent half of my school day with her that year. I found her several years ago when I was looking for teachers who might be able to attend a reunion. We began corresponding, and I so looked forward to her letters! She shared memories and encouraged me. I enjoyed being able to share pictures and stories of my family with her too! She was such a special lady! Teachers touch so many lives, and I hope she knew how much I appreciated her. I hope you have many good memories of her too. As she signed her letters: peace and blessings, Janet Graber thegraber@aol.com
