Frances "Franny" M. Daugherty, 78, Geneva, passed away at home with family, on January 30, 2018. Born November 16, 1939 in Washington, D.C. the daughter of Mabel McComas Norman B. & Muddiman.

A Supervisor for Apple Creek State Hospital, Apple Creek, Ohio, and a Residential Specialist for Stewart Lodge in Madison. Enjoyed fishing, Maryland Blue Crab, and playing lottery tickets.
