Obituary For Gary Hogan
Gary Hogan, passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 68. Born May 10, 1957 in Ashtabula and raised in Geneva where he spent most of his life. Gary graduated from Genva High in 1975 where he participated in wrestling, track and football from 1972-1975. He was on NEC Championship team and track and football.
In 1980, Gary began an apprenticeship in the IBEW and completed 04/1984. Gary worked locally and around the country until 2015, retiring as a member of Local 673.
He was a member and past president of South Madison Motorcycle club for 10 years. Gary loved his brothers in the club and journeyed together on many excursions.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mildred Hogan; Soul-Mate, Brenda Cowger; Sister, Terry (Scott); Brothers, Alfred Jr. (Gail) and Michael (Bonnie); 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
Visitation: October 10, 2025 at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St., from 12:30 ~ 1:30 PM
Service following with the Rev Michael Cole of United Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Church, 75 S. Broadway, Geneva.
