Obituary For Georgiana Austin

Georgiana Austin, 82 of Geneva, passed away on Sunday January 30, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born on February 14, 1939 to Edwin and Josephine (Begala) Clutter in Geneva. She married Edmond Austin on September 7, 1957 and they shared 50 years of marriage together.

Georgiana cherished spending time with her family and friends. She was a longtime member of TOPS, local Canasta & Pinochle Club(s) and the Park Street Christian Church where she served as a Deaconess.

Survivors: children Jodi (Tim) Calhoon, Edmond (Cyndi) Austin and Lisa (George Boskovitch) Sovka; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and siblings Edwina Kifer and John Clutter.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Calling hours are at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. Geneva, Friday 02/04/2022 from 5-7 PM and Saturday 10-11 AM. Funeral to follow with Pastor Mark Hurban of Park Street Christian Church officiating. Private family burial will be observed.
