OBITUARIES

Jeffrey A. Morton, 58 of Geneva died peacefully at his home Tuesday, May 21, 2019. He was born on August 21, 1960 the son of Donald and Norma (Lemponen) Morton-Keller.

Jeffrey graduated from Geneva High School and was a member of the Geneva Eagles Lodge #2243. He was a roofer by trade and loved gardening, landscaping and loved growing roses.

Jeffrey also enjoyed golfing, playing pool, singing karaoke, and working on his motorcycle to get it ready for the summer rides. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and calling his sisters multiple times a day.

Jeffrey will be deeply missed by his siblings, Vickie (John) Cieslinski, Jim (Helena) Morton and Kathy Herpy; niece and nephews, Brian (Shawn) Guthrie, Michael Guthrie, and Tianna and William Morton; great-niece and nephew, Elijah and Kendra Guthrie.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by parents.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 3 PM at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St., Geneva where friends may gather from 1PM until time of services at 3PM.

He will be inurned at Mechanicsville Cemetery with his parents at a later date.
