Jennie Virant, age 95, of Geneva, passed away January 22, 2019. Born April 26, 1923 in Geneva, Ohio to John and Mary (Katic) Jalovec. Jennie was a member of Assumption Church, worked in the school cafeteria and Fisher Spiegel. She enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening and the vineyards.

Survivors: Sons: Allen (Pam) Virant, David Virant all of Geneva; Grandchildren: Jessica (Rich) Hayden; Joe Daryth Virant; Joshua (Heather) Virant; Jon and Amanda; Great Grandchildren: Garrett; Alex; Nathan; Louis; Riley; Sydney and Nicholas.

Preceded: Husband, Albin; Sisters, Mary Cinkole and Helen Ferenchak.

Visitation: 1/25/2019 at Walker Funeral Home; 828 Sherman St.; Geneva from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.

Funeral: 1/26/2019 at 10:30 AM at Funeral Home with Father Finnerty, Assumption Church officiating.

Burial: Evergreen Cemetery, Geneva
