Joey A. Hessley 1957 ~ 2021

Joey A. Hessley, age 63, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 in Cleveland. Born May 8, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to Richard and Evelyn (Webb) Hessley. Joey was a truck driver and worked for Metropolitan Trucking in Bloomsburg, PA. He lived all his life in Geneva, and was a member of Geneva Eagles Aerie #2243. Joey enjoyed taking care of his mother, and was a fitness buff. He liked hiking, reading, remodeling, carpentry and the Cleveland Browns.

Survived by his Daughter: Jodi (Chauncey) Hutton; Grandson: Michael Jacobson all of University Heights; Mother: Evelyn of Geneva; Siblings: Jack Hessley of Springtown, TX; Rickie (Ray) Clawson of Geneva

A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Geneva FOE Aerie #2243, 120 Depot St., Geneva . A Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 PM with Chauncey Hutton officiating with Military Honors being rendered by Geneva VFW Honorguard Post #6846.
