OBITUARIES

Johnney M. Davis, age 72 of Geneva, passed away September 2, 2022 at home. He was born in Chardon, OH on April 3, 1950 and was the son of Harvert M. & Elsie L. (Walker) Davis. Johnney married Jeannene Fowler on November 23, 1984 in Madison, OH.

He was a Geneva resident most of his life and had previously been employed with Steris in Mentor. He also was a self-employed truck driver. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outside cutting the grass, hunting, fishing or going to the fair.

Survivors include his wife, of over 37 years, Jean; his children Johnney Barger of MD and Janet Stone of Ashtabula. He is also survived by his grandchildren Megan Holbrooks, Rachael Holbrooks, Tiffany Holbrooks, Miguel Stone & Jorge Stone; great-grandchildren Axel, Payton, Colton & Maverick; his sister Cathy Tromm of Geneva; and his nieces Cindy Kovach & Christine Hutart.

Preceded by his daughter Katie, brother Havert Jr. and his Parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
