Jorge Luis Rivas Alvarado, age 82, passed away September 8, 2022 in Geneva. Born March 28, 1940 in Coamo, Puerto Rico, he was a son of Julio and Maria (Alvarado) Rivas. Jorge lived most of his life in Geneva and worked for Warner Nursery in Willoughby. He enjoyed yard work, basic tinkering, cooking, traveling and the Cleveland Indians Survivors: Granddaughter: Melanie Torres of Madison; Great-Grandson: Felix Sandoval; Step-Children: Bob (Norma) Cooper of Geneva; David (Sandy) Cooper of Painesville; Margaret Grinley of Willoughby; Kenneth Johnston of Geneva.
