Obituary For Juanita "Nita" J. Taber

Juanita "Nita" J. Taber, of Geneva, age 72, passed away at home on Saturday February 3, 2018. Born in Farmville, Virginia, on April 27, 1945 to Howard & Ila (York) McGrew. Juanita worked in the Operations Department as a Pipeline Distributor for Tennessee Gas. She served in the U.S. Air Forcefrom 1965-1967. She liked to sing and sang with the Community Choir, enjoyed reading, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pirates. Followed Coach Pat Summit with the University of Tennessee Womens Basketball Team and was an Anne Murray fan.

Survived By: Siblings; Mark (Lori) Roeske, Oswayo, PA; Linda Allman, Geneva; Nieces & Nephews;Angela Lorraine; Becky Rouzic; Jared; Joshua; Traci Roeske; Great Nephews; Judah; Thomas;Gideon Lorraine; Treigh & Jase Roeske.

Memorial Service: 10:00 A.M. Friday February 9, 2018 at Geneva United Methodist Church, 89 S. Broadway. Officiating: Rev. Bruce Hitchcock of the Geneva United Methodist Church. Military Honors: Geneva V.F.W. Colorguard Post 6846.

Arrangements are under the care of Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. in Geneva.
