Obituary For Katherine Anne Baxter

Katherine A. Baxter, age 92, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023 in Geneva. Born in Mentor on August 26, 1930, she was a daughter of Victor and Hannah (Sutts) Palinkas. Katherine worked as a lead for ATC, and had worked at Geneva Giant Eagle. She liked to play bingo, do crossword puzzles, the Cleveland Indians and Browns and was an avid reader. Katherine loved living by the lake and did so for 43 years.

Left to cherish her memories, are her children; Kevin (Kim) Baxter and Jeff Baxter all of Geneva, Carol Baxter of Perry, Kay Baxter of Madison, Marilyn Lundeen, Linda (John) O’Brien, Harry (Marla) Rasley, Karen (Ron) Matter and Debbie (Lupe) Cedillo all of Minnesota; Many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren,

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond in 1984, Daughters: Jodee Kosch, Delores Lawson and Sandy Strong, Sons: Raymond Baxter and Terry Palinkas; Siblings: Marie Achbach, Victor G. Palinkas.

Celebration of Life will be Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Geneva VFW Post 6846 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM
