Obituary For LeRoy A Spade Sr.

LeRoy A. Spade Sr., age 96, passed May 18, 2022 in Geneva. Born June 2, 1925 in Geneva, he was a son of Lee & Katherine (Weeks) Spade. He married Ilene Wright on May 3, 1946 and they were blessed with 63 years of marriage before her passing in 2009.

LeRoy served in the Army during WWII. He was a retired truck driver from Matlack.

Survivors: Children: Barry (Sharon) Spade; Sharon (Robert) Selman; LeRoy (Mona) Spade; Bonnie Balaban; Rebecca Inman; Norma Clark and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Preceded by: Wife: Ilene; Parents; Son: John; Brother: Cecil; Granddaughter: Lisa.

Calling Hours: May 22, 2022 at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. in Geneva, from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Funeral Service: May 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rich Meier of Cherry Valley Church of the Nazarene officiating.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva with Military Honors by VFW Post #6846
