Lucinda J. Starkey 1949 ~ 2021

Lucinda “Cindy” Starkey, age 71, passed away June 20,2021 in Saybrook. Born July 25, 1949 to Rowland and Dorothy (Bates) Clarkson in Warren. She married Charles March 27, 1971, and they were married for 50 years. Cindy was an LPN Supervisor for Cardinal Woods, she worked at UH Geneva for 11 years and also worked at Stewart Lodge.

Cindy enjoyed camping. She had a campsite for 16 years at Holiday Camplands. She liked to make cakes, especially wedding cakes. Cindy also liked to gamble and would take trips to casinos in the area.
