Monica S. Cuccaro, age 60, passed away June 12, 2025 in Cleveland. Born in Geneva September 5, 1964, she was the daughter of Carl & Margaret (Pekarski) Provateare.
Survivors: Husband, Daniel; Children: Dustin (Ashley) Cuccaro and Erica (Charlie) Jeppe; Grandchildren: Kiara, Gavin, Roman, and Colton; Siblings: Margaret Hammons; Christine (Ken) Bell, Carole (Steve) Klaue, Cecelia (Bill) Elliot and Autum (Charles) Provateare
Preceded by Sister: Michelle (Bill) Skipper and Parents
Visitation: June 16, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
Funeral Service will follow with Doug Menough of City Church officiating.
Interment: Harpersfield Cemetery
