Roger K. Polkow, Ashtabula, 87, passed away on June 30, 2018 at home. He was born Tuesday, April 7, 1931 in Harpersfield, to Alvin J. and Violet M. (Marlett) Polkow. Roger was a machine operator, manufacturing garden tools for True Temper in Geneva, and the owner of Al's Snow White Bakery.
