OBITUARIES

Samuel Ruiz Medina, age 52, passed away April 2, 2018 at Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland. He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on July 1, 1965, the son of Jose Ramon Ruiz Rosa and Santa Medina Moya. He has lived in Cleveland, Ohio since 1999.

Samuel was a construction worker and a landscaper. He enjoyed listening to music, playing music, jokes, and was a Cleveland Indians baseball fan.

Survivors: Sisters; Maria E., Maria M., Maria M., Aida, Marta, Luz, Lydia & Juana. Brothers; Ramon, Pedro,& Reynaldo.

Preceded By: Parents and Brothers; Victor and Miguel. No Services will be observed at this time.
