Thomas Teachout 1954 ~ 2021

Thomas Teachout, age 66, formerly of Geneva, passed away January 25, 2021 in Bradenton, Florida. Mr. Teachout was born February 8, 1954 to Ralph and Ardith (Smith) Teachout in Geneva, Ohio. He married Sandra C. Mongenel in Ashtabula December 1, 2007 and they moved to Conneaut.

Mr. Teachout, prior to his retirement, was a roofer working for Building Technicians in Geneva for 31 years and was a member of United Union of Roofers & Waterproofers Local 44. He also worked for Deck Vending in Conneaut.

Mr. Teachout was a member of Evangel Temple Church of God, on the church board and on the Praise and Worship Team. He enjoyed spending time with his family, remodeling houses, fishing and was a Cleveland Browns fan.

Mr. Teachout is survived by: Wife: Sandra of Conneaut; Children: Tony of Geneva and John Teachout, of Florida; Mark (Marie) Stapleton of Ohio; Chad (Pattie) Stapleton of Florida; Shelley (Dave) Campbell; Tracy (Doug) Abbey; Joshua (Nicole) Goodenow all of Conneaut; 15 Grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews; Sisters: Ann Johnson of Sebring, FL; Barbara (Garnett) Light of Geneva.

Visitation: February 4, 2021 at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. Geneva from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow with Rev. Mark Bair of Evangel Temple Church of God officiating.

Interment: Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville, OH
