OBITUARIES

William T. Brown (Johnson), age 71, passed away September 27, 2026 in Chardon. Born in Dobson, NC on July 24, 1955, he was a son of Thomas and Opal (White) Brown. Bill worked at Giant Eagle in Geneva stocking shelves for many years. He also did some welding and photography. Bill enjoyed bowling at Sonny Lanes, dirt track racing and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Left to cherish his memory, is his ex-wife, Clairann Griffith. Siblings, Mary Ellen Cockerham and Norma Sue York.

He was preceded by his parents, a sister, Mrs. Tommy Boyles and a daughter.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026 at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St., Geneva from 3:00 – 5:00 PM, where family and friends can gather and share memories.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to The Animal Protective League, 5970 Green Road, Ashtabula OH 44004.
