I remember how excited you were when you were to be married to Debbie. I remember you as a child when our great aunt Etta passed, my mom watched all the grandchildren at your house as the aunts and uncles accompanied our Grammy to her sister Etta 's funeral. You had to be about 2-3 years old. We watched the Olympics on black and white tv!....I am so thankful to have been welcomed into your home on my last visit to Ohio. When I saw your picture on Facebook with the notice of your passing, I screamed and had a good cry! I will always love you Bill or Billy as we called you when we were all younger. -Louise Partridge Newness, your Cousin!

William was a classmate of mine. He was a good friend and his smile as he greeted you was genuine and heart felt. You never heard a swear word come from his mouth. His walk as a Christian as I remember was spot on as he went through school.he was a blessing to be around. Bill was one of a kind friend. I send my siencere condolences to his family. -William Paul Gillette
