OBITUARIES

William Thomas Ira Butler, age 81, passed March 11, 2022 at his home in Trumbull Township. Born September 17, 1940 in Belle Vernon, PA, he was the son of William & Mary (Staff) Butler.

William was an Industrial Engineer for Caterpillar and Daewoo. He married Margaret Gillman July 26, 1963 in Donora, PA. William enjoyed playing guitar and often played at Temple Evangel Church.

Survivors include his wife Margaret; his children Michael of Geneva and Aimee (Jay Crumb) Butler of Eastlake and his beloved dog Maggie.

He was preceded by his sister Norma Jean Butler Taylor and his Parents.

Visitation is Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Walker Funeral Home, 828 Sherman St. in Geneva, from 2-4 PM and 6-9 PM.

Funeral will be held 12:30pm Wednesday, March 16th, in the chapel of the Mon Valley Memorial Park in Donora, PA with interment to follow. Rev Mark Bair from Evangel Temple Church of God officiating.
